Our IT department is all hands on tech! 💻The department ensures secure and efficient technology solutions for our employees, while supporting operations with innovation and reliability. They strive to keep systems running smoothly while driving projects that enhance productivity and security. Located in Springfield, they manage hundreds of desktops and laptops, over 1,000 mobile devices, plus network and server hardware across all six of our branches. We’re excited to share that Matt Howard has been promoted to Account Executive, Food Service On Premise (FSOP).

Matt’s journey with the company began in 2000 as a relief driver. Through hard work and dedication, he moved into a full-time driving role and later transitioned into sales. He spent an incredible 22 years serving as a field sales manager in the Bolivar area before being promoted to district sales manager in 2024.

Our Make Ready Center team brings nearly 120 years of valuable experience to Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper!🥤 These guys work behind the scenes at our Bolivar branch, preparing vending and fountain equipment for delivery, performing repairs and refurbishing machines, retiring old or underperforming units, and providing equipment testing, training, and technical support. It was a fantastic day on Saturday for the annual 🍀St. Patrick’s Parade🍀 in Rolla, where parade‑goers enjoyed refreshing Coca‑Cola🥤 provided by our Rolla branch.
