SPRINGFIELD, MO, MARCH 9, 2026 – Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper Bottling Company has appointed Candice Chang and Wren Hall to expanded leadership roles.
Candice Chang has been named senior vice president of sales and marketing. She has worked at Ozarks Coca-Cola since 2024 as vice president of sales.
Chang has over 15 years of experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry, with a strong record in leadership, sales growth, market expansion, and customer relationship management. She has worked successfully in both startup and established environments, building lasting partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Before joining Ozarks, she previously served as vice president of commercial marketing at Swire Coca-Cola, USA, and Sam’s Club team vice president for The Coca-Cola Company in Bentonville, Arkansas. Chang has a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Florida.
Wren Hall has been appointed vice president of public affairs and communications. Since 2024, Hall served as the director of public affairs and communications for Ozarks and has more than 30 years of experience and leadership in communications, strategy, media relations, branding, marketing, and community relations.
Hall previously served as director of community relations and development at Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar and as director of marketing at Baxter Health in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Southwest Baptist University.
