SPRINGFIELD, MO, MAY 11, 2026 – Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper Bottling Company has promoted Phillip Culbertson to dock operations manager.

Culbertson joined the company in 2006 as an order builder and quickly advanced through several roles. He moved into production serving as a filler operator and case packer operator, held positions in recycling and loader dock, and most recently as a working foreman loader dock.

“Phillip consistently demonstrates a deep understanding of our warehouse operations and a commitment to representing our organization at the highest level,” said Bryan Crowe, corporate automation logistics manager. “We look forward to his continued contributions in this expanded role.”

Culbertson resides in Sparta with his family.
