Ozarks Coca‑cola/Dr Pepper Bottling Company Announces Key Promotions in Finance and Manufacturing

SPRINGFIELD, MO, APRIL 17, 2026 – Ozarks Coca‑Cola/Dr Pepper Bottling Company has promoted Sherry Barnes, Tara Coble, and Brittany Gillig to new leadership roles within the finance department. In addition, Rebekah Mason has accepted a new leadership role within the manufacturing department.

Finance department promotions

Sherry Barnes

Sherry Barnes has been named accounting operations manager. She has worked at Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper for 10 years. Previous roles include accounting manager and accounts receivable-collections manager.

With over three decades of finance and accounting experience, Barnes’ expertise and guidance have been instrumental in the company’s process improvements and financial outcomes. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and management from Upper Iowa University in Fayette, Iowa, and later completed her Master of Business Administration through the University of Phoenix.


Tara Coble

Tara Coble has been promoted to accounting supervisor. Since 2025, she has served as accounts payable supervisor at Ozarks Coca-Cola.

Before joining Ozarks, Coble served as the accounts payable supervisor at Pyramid Foods Corporate Office in Rogersville. Coble has 25 years of experience in financial operations and analysis.


Brittany Gillig

Brittany Gillig has been appointed corporate controller. She started in 2018 as a staff accountant and has served as accounting manager for the last five years.

Before joining Ozarks, Gillig was in leadership positions for 10 years at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds & Event Center in Springfield. She is a graduate of Missouri State University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in agriculture business finance/marketing and sales, and a Master of Business Administration.


Manufacturing department promotion

Rebekah Mason

Rebekah Mason has been promoted to quality assurance manager. Mason joined the company in 2019 as a labeler on the night shift, quickly distinguishing herself through strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Her drive and capability led her into progressively advanced quality assurance roles, including lab technician and quality assurance trainer. In each position, Mason earned a reputation for guiding teams effectively and upholding the company’s high standards for product quality and safety.
