Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper Bottling Company Welcomes New Board Members

SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI, MARCH 6, 2026 – Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper Bottling Company welcomes additions to its board of directors. The four new members are DeLisa Alexander, Lynn Clarke, Kirk Rimer, and Duane Still.

DeLisa Alexander

DeLisa Alexander is an accomplished board director and executive leader with more than 25 years of experience in corporate and business law, operations, governance, and executive consulting and coaching.

Alexander was executive vice president, chief people officer, and special counsel at Red Hat, Inc. (NYSE: RHT) in Raleigh, North Carolina, until 2021. She spent 20 years of her career at the organization, driving corporate strategy and global people operations.

In addition to board service at Ozarks Coca-Cola, she sits on the board of directors of three privately held global high-tech companies: Qlik, Sophos, and Synechron. Since 2013, Alexander has served as an advisory board member and chair of the development committee at the Kenan Institute of Private Enterprise at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is chair-elect at Shelton Leadership Center at North Carolina State University in Raleigh.

Alexander earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore in Maryland. She received her Juris Doctorate at George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia.

Lynn Clarke

Lynn Clarke, lead independent director for Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper, has extensive family board leadership, serving as chair, lead, or director on more than a dozen boards to date. She is a three-time CEO and has also served as an executive at PepsiCo.

Clarke’s background spans several industries, including consumer packaged goods, beverage, food service, manufacturing, e-commerce/digital/retail, and supply chain.

She serves as a judge for Deloitte’s US Best Managed Companies award program. In 2022, the National Association of Corporate Directors awarded her Private Company Director of the Year. Clarke has also served on multiple community boards, including the 220-year-old Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. She recently joined the board of non-profit Greenwich Emergency Medical Services in Connecticut.

Clarke holds a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

Kirk Rimer

Kirk Rimer is the executive managing director at Cresset, an independent multi-family office and private investment firm in Dallas, Texas. In this role, he works closely with clients to understand their personal and financial goals, delivering customized solutions designed to meet their complex needs.

In 2024, Cresset acquired CH Investment Partners, where Rimer served as co-president and led the firm’s Partner Advisory and Operations teams. Since co-founding CH Investment Partners in 2011, he played a central role in shaping the firm’s investment strategy and expanding its partner base, contributing to its growth as a leading multi-family office.

Rimer spent 21 years at Goldman Sachs, where he held the position of managing director and southwest regional manager for the private wealth management division. In this capacity, he focused on risk management and equity investments for individual investors and corporations.

He also dedicated nine years to the United States Navy as a naval aviator and was stationed in Florida and Texas.

In addition to his professional commitments, Rimer is a member of the executive board for Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas and serves on the university’s endowment investment committee. He is also a senior trustee at Austin College in Sherman, Texas.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Missouri in Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.

Duane Still

Duane Still has over 40 years of experience in finance leadership, with 35 of those years spent in the Coca-Cola system.

Until 2022, he served as the senior vice president and chief financial officer at Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC in Tampa. Previously, he held various finance leadership roles in The Coca-Cola Company, culminating in his role as chief financial officer for the North America Group at The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, Georgia.

Still also held the position of chief financial officer and senior vice president of finance at CSM Bakery Solutions in Atlanta. Currently, he is the owner and principal of Still Financial Advisory & Consulting Services, based in the metropolitan Atlanta area.

He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Georgia in Athens and studied international business at Kennesaw State University in Georgia.
